Return Policy:

We accept unworn and undamaged items with tags still attached and a receipt with option for REFUND, EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT depending on the date we receive your returned item. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Returns received within the first 60 days of the purchase date receipt:

• Receive a full REFUND to the original payment method equal to the purchase price of the returned item

• Receive a STORE CREDIT equal to the original purchase price of the returned item  

• EXCHANGE the returned item for a different size or style equal to the purchase price of the returned item

Returns received after 60 days of the purchase date on receipt:

• Receive STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE for merchandise equal to the price of the returned item

 

 Please Note: Refunds to credit cards may take 5 -10 days to show on your statement  ​

 

Steps to Return Items:

1. Repackage unworn /undamaged items with tags and copy of receipt.

2. Email us at  info@themuttmix.com to let us know you intend to return your item 

3. On the subject line, please type “RETURN”

4. We will email you a return shipping label to add to your return package

5. Once the returned item is in our paws, we will notify you and work quickly to process your request for a REFUND, EXCHANGE, or STORE CREDIT
